Anand Rathi maintains ‘BUY’ on LTIMindtree after Q4 results; check price target

LTIMindtree Share Price Target: Anand Rathi maintained a Buy rating on LTIMindtree with a target price of Rs 5,344, citing stable demand in BFSI and manufacturing, strong order flows, and a positive outlook for Q1 FY26.

LTIMindtree Share Price Target 2025: Anand Rathi has maintained a Buy rating on LTIMindtree (NSE: LTIM) with a target price of Rs 5,344, implying an upside of 19 percent. On Friday, LTIMindtree closed 0.78 percent lower at Rs 4,498.30 apiece from the previous close of Rs 4,533.80. In comparison, the BSE Sensex was down 0.74 percent at 79,212.53. Over the last one year, LTIMindtree has underperformed the sector, Nifty 50, Sensex, and industry.

LTIMindtree is a large-cap company with a market cap of Rs 1.342 trillion, operating in the IT sector. LTIMindtree’s key products/revenue segments are banking, financial services & insurance, technology, media & communications, manufacturing & resources, consumer, health, life sciences & public services.

Investment Rationale: LTIMindtree delivered a stable performance in Q4 FY25, in which constant-currency revenue fell 0.6 percent q/q (6.3 percent y/y). BFSI and Manufacturing & Resources led growth (up 1.2 percent and 2.3 percent q/q), while Tech-Media, Consumer and Healthcare each declined. Order inflows rose 12 percent y/y to USD 1.6 bn, lifting the book-to-bill ratio to 1.4x, driven by an AI-led pipeline. The EBIT margin held at 13.8 percent, as operational efficiencies offset wage and mix pressures. Management expects a sequential rebound in Q1 FY26, outpacing peers, supported by the transformation agenda: improving sales effectiveness, embedding AI into large deals and delivery models, and the “Fit for Future” cost-optimization programme. Demand in Manufacturing and Retail remained steady, backed by engagements with both new and existing clients.

On valuation, Anand Rathi forecasts an 8 percent revenue CAGR and a 13.5 percent EPS CAGR over FY25–27, expecting the EBIT margin to expand from 14.5 percent in FY25 to 15.9 percent by FY27. Revenues for FY26 and FY27 are cut by 2.9 percent and 4.3 percent, and EPS by 4.8 percent and 4.7 percent, due to weak discretionary demand in FY26 and recovery in FY27. The stock trades at 26.7x FY26e P/E and 22.7x FY27e P/E, with a target price of Rs 5,344. Key risks include further macroeconomic headwinds and delayed recovery in discretionary spending.

In other recent news, LTIMindtree reported Q4 revenue of Rs 9,772 crore (up 10 percent y/y) and net profit of Rs 1,129 crore (up 2.5 percent), with healthcare down 16.2 percent and consumer down 1.9 percent. The board approved a final dividend of Rs 45 per share, up from last year. Following the Q4 results, Motilal Oswal and Nuvama cut their price targets to Rs 5,150 and Rs 5,200, respectively, citing macro headwinds and slower deal execution.
