About Jio Financial Services Ltd (JIOFIN)

Jio Financial Services (JFS) is a subsidiary of Reliance Industries, which listed on the stock market in August 2023 with a cash reserve of approximately ₹20,700 crore at the time of launch. The company has major verticals of Jio Finance (NBFC), Jio Payments Bank (where it has a 77% stake), Jio Insurance Broking, Jio Payment Solutions, and Jio Leasing. Besides this, JFS also has joint ventures with BlackRock for asset and wealth management.

For FY25, JFS reported a net profit of ₹1,612.6 crore and a total income of ₹2,042.9 crore. In Q4 FY25, net profit was ₹316 crore, and revenue from operations was ₹493 crore. As of March 2025, the company’s assets under management (AUM) were ₹10,053 crore, up from ₹4,199 crore in December 2024 and ₹173 crore a year earlier.

Jio Payments Bank has 2.31 million customers and a CASA (Current Account Savings Account) + wallet balance of ₹295 crore. Its business correspondent network has expanded to 14,000 outlets. The JioFinance app had 8 million monthly active users as of March 2025.
